When you book online or via phone with SKKS, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.

General Guidelines

  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing.
  • SKKS will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced or any belongings inside it.
  • Ensure your vehicle is serviced in a lawful and safe area. If unsure, please contact our service team.
  • SKKS will perform cleaning as per the selected plan. Customers must provide water and a power point for the service.
  • No fixed time guarantee for bookings; detailing time is estimated and may vary.
  • We reserve the right to assign independent contractors and may change staff at short notice.
  • Booking times may change based on availability, weather, or equipment issues, and we’ll inform you beforehand.

Booking and Service Terms

  • All orders require verification of address, package, and vehicle condition.
  • Service may be cancelled anytime at SKKS's sole discretion.
  • SKKS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Customers should verify the service before the team leaves. SKKS is not responsible for mechanical problems or damages.
  • Service delays may occur. Customers are expected not to delay service staff unnecessarily.
  • Extra demands beyond the booking may be refused.
  • Any verbal or physical abuse towards staff will result in appropriate action.

Privacy & Product Use

  • Customer data is kept confidential and only shared with consent or under legal obligation.
  • SKKS may use any suitable cleaning product and ensures service standards and quality.

Complaints

Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of service by contacting the SKKS complaint cell. We will take necessary action accordingly.

Modification Rights

SKKS reserves the right to add, delete, or modify terms and conditions for business needs.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

  • Prices vary based on detailing type, location, vehicle type, and condition. Advertised as "from" prices.
  • Charges are subject to the actual condition of the vehicle and customer location.
  • Price may change during service if it differs from the original estimate.

Refund and Payments

  • All payments for SKKS Cleaning Services will be made in the name of ISneha Facilities Pvt. Ltd.
  • If refund is approved, an amount will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Jurisdiction

All disputes will be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction will be Delhi, India.
