REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At SKKS Cleaning Services (a brand of Isneha Facilities Private Limited), we aim to provide a seamless and premium experience for our customers while maintaining fair practices for our independent Service Professionals (Merchants). Please read our guidelines regarding cancellations, reworks, and refunds.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

A. Cancellation by Customer:

  • Advance Cancellation: Customers can cancel or reschedule their booking free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Late Cancellation / On-Site Cancellation: If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours before the service time, or if our Service Professional arrives at your location and is denied entry or the service is canceled, the company reserves the right to charge a nominal visiting/cancellation fee to compensate the merchant for their travel and lost time.

B. Cancellation by SKKS Cleaning Services: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking under the following circumstances:

  • Unavailability of a specialized Merchant in your area at the requested time.

  • Unsafe working conditions, lack of essential utilities (water/electricity), or abusive behavior from the customer.

  • Unforeseen emergencies, extreme weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns affecting our team's travel. (In such cases, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded).

2. REWORK & SATISFACTION POLICY

Cleaning and detailing are highly subjective services. Therefore, we do not offer immediate monetary refunds based solely on claims of unsatisfactory work.

  • 24-Hour Rework Guarantee: If you are genuinely dissatisfied with a specific area that was included in your booked package, you must notify our customer support within 24 hours of the service completion. We will inspect the issue and, if valid, send a team to perform a free "Rework" or touch-up on that specific area.

  • Once the service is completed and the 24-hour window has passed, the service is considered accepted and final.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (Damages & Claims)

Despite our team's utmost care and use of professional-grade chemicals, certain materials may react unpredictably due to age, prior maintenance, or inherent defects. By booking our services, the customer agrees to the following limitation of liability:

In the event of any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction arising from the service provided, the maximum liability of SKKS Cleaning Services (and Isneha Facilities Pvt. Ltd.) shall be strictly limited to the refund of the service charges paid by the customer for that specific item.

Under no circumstances shall the company or its merchants be liable for the replacement of furniture, upholstery, vehicles, or any consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Fabric shrinkage, color bleeding, cellulosic browning, or texture changes due to the inherent nature of the fabric.

  • Pre-existing clear coat failure, paint peeling, or mechanical/electrical failures in vehicles.

  • Damage to aging, sun-baked, or fragile materials that cannot withstand standard mechanical cleaning processes.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:

  1. A prepaid booking was successfully canceled within the allowed free-cancellation window.

  2. The company was unable to provide the service and canceled the booking.

  3. A specific liability claim was approved by our management under the terms of Section 3.

Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
