    Welcome to SKKS Cleaning Services, a brand wholly owned and operated by Isneha Facilities Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. These Terms govern your access and use of our services.

    1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS (Binding Agreement) By booking any service with SKKS Cleaning Services—whether through our website, mobile application, WhatsApp, or via a direct phone call—you (the "Customer" or "User") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book or use our services.

    2. OUR BUSINESS MODEL & SERVICE PROVIDERS (Merchants) SKKS Cleaning Services operates on an aggregator/platform model. We connect customers with independent service professionals, cleaners, and detailers (hereinafter referred to as "Merchants" or "Partners").

        • These Merchants operate on a commission basis with the Company.
        • While we ensure strict background checks and quality training, the Merchants are independent contractors and not direct employees of Isneha Facilities Pvt. Ltd.

    3. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS (Utilities & Workspace) To ensure the timely and proper execution of the requested services, the Customer agrees to provide the following at the service location, free of charge:

    • Electricity: Access to standard electrical plug points for operating heavy-duty machinery (vacuum cleaners, polishing machines, etc.).

    • Water: Access to a continuous supply of running water required for cleaning and washing processes.

    • Safe Workspace: A safe, unobstructed area (such as a covered parking space for car detailing) to perform the service.

    4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (Damages, Theft, and Mechanical Issues) Isneha Facilities Pvt. Ltd. and its Merchants take the utmost care while performing services. However, by booking our services, the Customer agrees to the following limitations of liability:

    • A. Safeguarding Valuables & Theft: The Customer is solely responsible for securing all personal belongings, cash, jewelry, electronics, and important documents before the Merchants arrive. The Company and its Merchants shall not be held liable or responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen items from the home, office, or vehicle during or after the service.

    • B. Pre-existing Wear & Tear (Fabric & Upholstery): We use industry-standard, safe cleaning chemicals and machinery. However, if a sofa, carpet, or car seat fabric is old, degraded, sun-baked, or reacts negatively to standard cleaning agents, the Company is not liable for any resulting color fading, tearing, or damage. We do not guarantee the structural integrity of aging fabrics.

    • C. Vehicle Mechanical/Electrical Failures: Our car cleaning and detailing services are strictly limited to cosmetic exterior and interior surfaces. We do not interfere with, clean, or touch the vehicle's engine bay, internal wiring, or mechanical components. If a vehicle fails to start or experiences mechanical/electrical issues during or after our service, it will be deemed a pre-existing condition or coincidental failure. SKKS Cleaning Services holds zero liability for mechanical repairs or towing costs.

    5. PAYMENT, SATISFACTION & REFUND POLICY

    • Service Satisfaction: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, cleaning is a subjective service.

    • No Absolute Refunds: We do not offer direct monetary refunds simply based on a subjective claim of "unsatisfactory work."

    • Rework Policy: If you are genuinely dissatisfied with a specific area that was included in the booked package, you must notify our customer support within 24 hours of service completion. The Company will inspect the claim and, at its sole discretion, arrange for a free "rework" or touch-up of the specific area. Once the service is rendered, the payment is final and non-refundable.

    6. CUSTOMER CONDUCT & SAFETY OF TEAM/EQUIPMENT We treat our customers with respect and expect the same in return for our Merchants.

    • Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Any misbehavior, verbal abuse, physical threat, or harassment directed at our Merchants will result in immediate termination of the service without any refund.

    • Confiscation of Equipment: Customers are strictly prohibited from holding, confiscating, or locking away the tools, machines, or chemicals belonging to the Merchants or the Company under any dispute.

    • Legal Action: Retaining our team's equipment is considered theft/extortion under the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Isneha Facilities Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to immediately file a First Information Report (FIR) with the local police and initiate strict legal and civil action against the Customer for damages and business loss.

    7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

    8. MODIFICATION OF TERMS Isneha Facilities Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
