To protect your expensive memory foam or spring structure from rotting, we do not soak the mattress with water. We only perform surface and top-layer deep extraction.

For safety reasons, our team requires assistance if a massive, heavy mattress needs to be completely flipped over to clean the bottom side.

Q.How much time will it take for my mattress to dry completely?
Thanks to our powerful vacuum extraction technology that sucks out most of the moisture, your mattress will typically dry within 4 to 6 hours. We strongly recommend keeping the ceiling fan on at full speed and turning on the AC to speed up the drying process.
